Terms & Conditions (v1)

Eligibility. The video editor is free. Partner calling, gifting and creator earnings are only for users 18 years or older. Giving a false date of birth is a breach of these terms.
Your account. One account per person. Keep your phone secure. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
The service is not a dating or escort service. Calls are conversations with creators for entertainment, advice or company. Any request for or offer of sexual services, nudity, or meeting in person for payment is forbidden and leads to a permanent ban.
Tokens are governed by the Virtual Token Terms; gifts by the Gift Policy; creator earnings and payouts by the Creator Terms.
Calls are charged per the price shown before you call. You are never charged for calls that are declined, missed or that fail to connect.
No recording. Do not record, screenshot or share another user's call without their consent.
Liability. The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law. Laws of India; courts of <CITY>.

The Shop sells physical fashion products delivered in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable

taxes unless stated otherwise. Shop orders are paid through Razorpay and are governed by the Refund & Cancellation and

Shipping & Delivery policies published on our website. "Gift this dress" is a virtual gift paid with wallet tokens and

does not deliver a physical product.

We use advertising measurement (Meta, Google) as described in the Privacy Policy. You can opt out in Profile → Privacy & ads.

Tokens are a virtual in-app item bought through Google Play. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and can only be used for calls and gifts in ShootSong.
Prices and package sizes are shown in the Wallet before purchase. Call rates are shown before every call.
Tokens are added only after Google Play confirms the payment. If Google refunds a purchase, the same number of tokens is removed from your wallet.
Tokens do not expire while your account is active. Unused tokens are lost if you delete your account or are banned for breaking the rules.
