• Dispatch: orders are packed within 1–2 working days of payment.
• Delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Charges: Free shipping across India.
• Tracking: when the order ships you get a notification in the app with the courier and tracking number.
• Failed delivery: if the courier cannot deliver after its attempts, the order returns to us and is refunded to the original payment method.
